This board was developed for good waves but is a great all-rounder. It has a wider outline up the front of the board and comes down into a tight pin tail. It has a high nose rocker with a low tail rocker. The bottom is single to double concave with a dash of vee out the tail. This board has a great amount of speed and control through your turns and with the dash of vee in the tail, it gives you great release.

A great shape, well executed... that’s what I thought when I picked up this board. When you get a great shape in excellent conditions, it’s hard not to have fun and that’s what I had on this board – fun! I guess that should be the true measure of how well a board goes, that is, how much fun you have on it. And when you get barrelled off your nut, blow some tail, and bury some rail... you’re well on your way to that goal of fun. This board did all of those things with ease and made things... yep, fun. I don’t always associate pin tails with loose off the top kind of boards, but I was impressed with this board’s ability to do exactly that, get loose. I was surfing a slabby barrelling wave that had some air sections, so you had to react very quickly and I could do that with this board. There’s no nursing it through turns or having to man handle it, you could just set it and go, and boy did it go.
