Think most boat tripS these days include hordes of other charters rocking up at the same spots? Many might, this one does not. If fun, uncrowded surf in a perfect and untouched location sounds up your alley, read on.

the basics

There’s accommodation for 12 guests, but a limit of surfers to eight onboard. All twin share rooms boast standard size beds. Rooms are serviced daily. There’s full air-con, sat phone, huge outdoor dining table to seat 14. Indoor lounge/entertainment area has comfy lounge, bean bags, board games, plus a large movie and book selection. The vessel also runs two high-speed tenders, so groups can split the breaks, or surf, or fish.

expedition essentials

hardware: Shortboard and a fish would be ideal, plus a longboard if you like to get your log on. BYO small ding repair kit.
non-surf: Sunscreen, insect repellent, first aid and any of your own meds.
medical:Guests must have emergency medical evacuation insurance before they step on board. Anti-malaria inoculations are also necessary.
