Photos and captions: Craig Parry
Craig Parry is a photographer based in Lennox Head, with his own gallery neslted in the main street of the small northern NSW town. And so when Lennox' most famous family went for a day at the beach, who better than Craig to document it.
"I've known the Wrights for a while now, so I ask the family if I could document a day with them and they were stoked," Craig told Surfing Life. "Eldest daughter Kirby was working in my gallery that day so she cut her session short, but still showed Mikey who is the boss. I arrived at 7am find Mikey making me breakfast, Tyler washing her Ford Territory SUV, Kirby asleep and Owen driving down from the Goldy. While we waited for Kirby to wake and Owen to arrive Mikey cooked me Brekky and Tyler washed her new wheels. Watching the family dynamics, it's plain to see that they're a close-knit family, loving and caring and hassling each other most of the day."
"So we hit the road at 9am, found a nice wave at Lennox point and they put on a display for the camera. Take a look at the Wright's family day at the beach."
