Creatures of Leisure Move to Europe

Creatures of Leisure is pleased to announce the opening of its new European Headquarters in the southwest of France, effective November 1, 2011. The new Creatures European Headquarters will take over the direct distribution of its products in France and new distribution arrangements will soon to be announced in the UK, Germany and the Canary Islands.

 

Creatures will coordinate and manage the needs of its customers focusing on customer service, product supply and brand awareness. A fully stocked distribution centre based in France will ensure consistent product supply 12 months of the year.

 

Heading up the operation will be Hervé Lacastaigneratte who takes on the role of European Brand Manager. Hervé will apply his extensive experience gained as General Manager and Marketing Director of Quiksilver’s Technical Division (Omareef) to growing Creatures throughout Europe. “Creatures is a core independent surf company with passionate people from top to bottom” explains Hervé.  “I want to develop this philosophy and spirit in Europe”

 

Focusing on the French customer base will be Stephane Ducos taking on the role of Sales Representative – France.  Stephane also joins Creatures with a strong background in surf hard goods with over 5 years as Sale Representative of Quiksilver Technical. Stephane will be responsible for direct sales and service to retailer partners in all regions of France.
