What a week it has been! The waves have been super fun still so Tai Buddha, Fleni Maitua, Neil Purchase Jr. and myself hit the east coast to get some tunnel vision and find some ramps. We rocked up to Keramas on Friday and there were literally 25 cars in the car park. The lineup resembled Snapper when the Quikky Pro is on. Everyone was over it; even Jordy and his crew, who were in town filming for his upcoming movie flagged it. We checked a few little semi secret spots and ended up scoring this super fun left with no one out. It turned out to be an epic start to what was gonna be an even better weekend.

“What was that? Free Red Bull and vodka all night?
No way... I’m there for sure”

That was the response I got from everyone I told about Jordy's Red Bull party that went down last Friday night. And why wouldn’t you go to a party that had an unlimited supply of Red Bull and Vodka? It wasn‘t that shitty Kratendang rip off syrup either, and bottles of Absolute vodka too. Ripping.

Because there was no surf for the next two days, everyone put their party hats on and went mad. The action went down at this club called Eikon. It’s kinda the new place to hang as Sky Garden is way too crowded these days. The set up is cool because it has this split-level with the DJ booth being over the bar. You can see all the action from behind the decks.

The bartenders were so relaxed at this party that Jordy even got behind the bar and started serving drinks to everyone. Here Jay Davies pours himself a Red Bull voddy while Benji and Damea await service from Mr. Smith.

The party was supposed to be a shit hat party. Somehow I was the only one wearing a shit hat.

We had one day off to recover then it was my pool party birthday bash on the Sunday. We hired the sickest two bedroom villa in Seminyak and had a hell Sunday session all day and into the night.

The Bali Buddha himself and Mark Mathews lining up for a glass of delicious punch. Buddha is my roommate for the next three months and he is one good tour guide. He knows where all the new waves are so heaps of the footage you will be seeing over the next few month will be nuts!

The waves picked up after a long weekend of partying and the boys hit the water again. The east coast was firing with Keramas and a few waves around there, as good as it gets. I was sitting in the warung at Keramas on one off the days and I was thinking to myself, ‘How good is this? It’s like watching a surf movie in real life’. Kerrzy and Lee Wilson were doing the most retarded airs while Jay Dizzle and Benji were throwing down the craziest carves. It was nuts!

A couple of nights out in the next couple of days were well deserved after a good week of surfing. The forecast for next week looks even better so I'll keep you posted on what goes down.
